The values displayed here are the raw foot values measuring distance from the datum point of the current coordinate system in use. Basically, when using geographic coordinates this will be the value in feet measured from the Equator and the zero meridian or the Greenwich Longitude line. In the western hemisphere, the Longitude will be a negative value, and in the northern hemisphere, the value will be positive.

The further west you go from the zero meridian, the greater the value, albeit a negative value. Likewise, as you move further north from the equator (the zero Latitude) values will increase.
