To assist you in determining what boat is attached to each record in the excavations data, you need to know what the moniker actually is.  The Boat ID table is provided for that purpose.  Click on the "Show Boat ID Table" button and the Boat ID Table will appear.  It uses the same filter and sort functions as the excavation table.  There are 779 records in the table with 118 unattributed records.  As we see in this sample, the AARR BOOTY has a moniker of AARR, and she worked from 2012 thru 2017.  Be aware that some boats were re-named occasionally, so it's not entirely possible to know which group was working based simply on the Boat ID.  Also, you might consider that boats are re-named by their consecutive owners, to wit: Ais King is a name used by two different vessels, both owned by the same person, and one of those two was originally named the Navigator.

To dismiss the Boat ID Table, click on the same button now labeled "Hide Boat ID Table", and the excavation data will re-appear.
